Makeup for "LATINAS" ( so they say )

I just saw a blog post stating certain "latina" makeup looks. Now my question is. WHY is it not okay to wear red lipstick without looking like our abuelas. Why do we have to use colors to only accentuate our " brown " eyes. THE POINT IS...Latinas come in all shades and tones ! I find it crazy that some websites are saying how we cant do this or we shouldnt do this with ourselves. We are gorgeous with green eyes, brown eyes and yes BLUE eyes. BLACK is beautiful. BROWN is beautiful and MILKY is beautiful. Im proud to be part of a race that comes in every gorg. texture under the sun. So ladies & (men). Do not let anyone, whether it is a makeup counter or a magazine tell you what you should or should not do with your complextion. YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE IT WORK ! :)
